Delivery is available in East and West Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from the warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s) excluding public holidays and weekends. 

Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.

Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.

Notes: Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days depending on the courier service provider. 

Delivery ETA may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under Goochy & Coffee’s responsibility.

Refunds: Delivery

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

Returns of Items

Delivery Charges for returned items to be borned by the buyer. 

For replacement of items, Goochy & Coffee shall bear the delivery charges for sending back the item to the buyer.
